Team: GFB (General Fabrication)Location Noida125Designation AD / Director - P&LKey Role Related Skills (a) P&L leadership(b) Operations & Technical Know-how(c) Sales & Customer OrientationRole ObjectiveTo lead the General Fabrication Business with full P&L accountability, driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainable profitability. The incumbent will be responsible for formulating and executing business strategy, scaling operations, building customer relationships, mananging plant operations and leading cross-functional teams to deliver on financial and operational goals.Role Responsibilities- Own & grow the P&L with end-to-end responsibility of Sales, Account Management, Procurement & Operations.- Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for the fabrication business including end-to-end fabrication operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.- Get relevant enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts.- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement.- Understand key value drivers for the customer & devise new product offerings - Plan, execute and monitor the business operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth in Share of business - Mentor & lead a geographically distributed team to drive business goals- Implement best practices in production planning, supply chain, procurement, and logistics.- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, safety, and compliance.Work Experience- 8+ years of experience in the manufacturing/engineering/fabrication sector with P&L responsibility- Strong exposure to business development, vendor/customer management, and operational excellence.- Strong operational skills. Should be able to drive Operational rigour for a complex, distributed business- Should be passionate about using technology to change the way a traditional B2B industry operates- Excellent people leadership skills - Must enjoy sales hunting and driving aggressive targets, devising new product offerings, working across functions to ensure Customer delight- Deep understanding of fabrication/manufacturing processes Education - B. Tech Essential - MBA from reputed institute Desirable (ref:iimjobs.com)
