The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end sponsored ad campaigns to boost sales, visibility, and ROI across online marketplaces.Key Responsibilities- Plan, launch, and optimize performance and sponsored ad campaigns across major marketplaces. - Manage daily ad budgets, monitor performance, and ensure campaigns meet ROI and KPI targets. - Conduct data-driven analysis to improve CTR, conversion rate, and cost efficiency. - Collaborate with category, marketing, and sales teams to align ad strategies with business goals. - Research competitor ads and track marketplace trends to identify new growth opportunities. - Prepare campaign reports and actionable insights using Excel and analytics tools.Required Skills & Competencies- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in running paid ads for e-commerce or quick commerce brands. - Strong command of Sponsored Ads, CPC/CPM campaigns, keyword targeting, and performance optimization. - Analytical mindset with advanced Excel and reporting skills. - Excellent understanding of marketplace algorithms and ad placement strategies. - Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Ad campaign ROI and overall sales contribution. - Click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), and cost per acquisition (CPA). - Improvement in product visibility and marketplace ranking. - Growth in repeat orders and new customer acquisition through ads.Apply at: mayank@hoora.me || Kanchan@hoora.me
