As a key member of our frontend team, you will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive user interfaces and seamless digital experiences.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive frontend applications using React.js - Convert design mockups and wireframes into interactive user interfaces - Build reusable components and libraries for scalability and maintainability - Optimize web applications for performance, speed, and scalability - Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers - Implement modern state management tools like Redux, Context API, or similar - Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design standards - Write clean, well-documented, and testable code - Conduct code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and mentor junior team members when requiredRequired Skills & Qualifications:- 5-7 years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer, with a strong focus on React.js - Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 - Solid understanding of component-based architecture and React lifecycles - Experience with tools like Webpack, Babel, ESLint, and version control systems (Git) - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming - Proficiency in responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material UI, Tailwind CSS) - Hands-on experience with React Hooks, React Router, and Form libraries (Formik/React Hook Form) - Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing LibraryPreferred/Bonus Skills:- Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering (SSR) - Familiarity with TypeScript - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment practices - Basic understanding of backend technologies like Node.js or GraphQL - Working knowledge of accessibility and SEO best practicesWhat You Can Expect:- Learning and Growth: Be part of a team that values continuous learning and encourages mentorship.
