Overview:We are looking for a Senior Frontend Web Developer / Full Stack Tech Lead to take ownership of an existing web application and lead frontend development. This role requires deep expertise in modern web frameworks, strong UI/UX sensibility, and proven leadership. You will guide the team in implementing clean, modular designs and high-performance applications while enforcing best practices and mentoring junior engineers.Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership & Execution- Own and evolve the frontend architecture of an existing product. - Lead design and implementation of scalable and maintainable UI features. - Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver cohesive and functional features. - Contribute to full-stack development when needed, ensuring seamless integration across layers.Team Mentorship & Code Quality- Guide and support junior and mid-level developers through mentorship and code reviews. - Establish and enforce coding standards, modular design practices, and component reuse. - Drive engineering excellence through design discussions, architecture reviews, and performance evaluations.Frontend Development & Integration- Develop responsive, maintainable UIs using React.js, Vue.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - Work with modern state management libraries (Redux, Pinia, Vuex, Zustand, etc.). - Build and maintain shared component libraries and internal design systems. - Integrate with REST and GraphQL APIs, handling authentication, routing, and dynamic content. - Apply modular CSS techniques using SCSS, PostCSS, CSS Modules, or Tailwind.Performance, Accessibility, and Testing- Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and accessibility. - Implement and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (Jest, Cypress, etc.). - Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior across screen sizes.Required Skills:- 6+ years in frontend development with experience in React, Vue, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - Proficient in component-based architecture, UI/UX best practices, and scalable CSS. - Deep experience integrating frontend with REST and GraphQL APIs. - Knowledge of routing, authentication flows, lazy loading, and code splitting. - Strong foundation in software engineering principles, including SOLID and DRY. - Experience with modern frontend tooling (Vite, Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier).Preferred Qualifications:- Full stack experience with Node.js, Express, or serverless backend environments. - Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Storybook) and implementing pixel-perfect UIs. - Exposure to accessibility standards and performance audits. - Experience working in startup or agile product development environments.Soft Skills:- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions. - Leadership mindset with ownership of delivery and quality. - Ability to mentor, inspire, and uplift other developers. - Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
