As a Tableau Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing advanced Tableau solutions that provide actionable insights to our business. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, design scalable and efficient Tableau architectures, and ensure the delivery of high-quality and impactful dashboards and reports.


Key Responsibilities :


- Architecture Design : Design and architect scalable and efficient Tableau solutions, including data models, dashboards, and reports, to meet business requirements and optimize performance.


- Implementation : Lead the development and deployment of Tableau projects, including creating interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that drive business decision-making.


- Data Integration : Work with data engineers and other stakeholders to integrate Tableau with various data sources, including databases, data warehouses, and cloud platforms.


- Performance Optimization : Optimize Tableau workbooks and dashboards for performance, including tuning queries, improving load times, and ensuring high availability.


- Governance & Security : Implement data governance practices and security measures within Tableau to ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations.


- Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, and other team members to understand business needs and translate them into effective Tableau solutions.


- Best Practices : Establish and promote best practices for Tableau development, including design standards, documentation, and version control.


- Training & Support : Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau functionalities and best practices, and act as a point of contact for Tableau-related issues and questions.


- Innovation : Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and industry trends, and propose new technologies or methods to enhance data visualization Profile :


- 10+ years of experience working with Tableau, including designing and implementing complex dashboards and reports.


- Proven experience in data integration, data modeling, and performance optimization within Tableau.


- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and SQL.


- Expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Online.


- Proficiency in data visualization best practices and user experience design principles.


- Experience with data integration tools and platforms (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, AWS Redshift).


- Familiarity with scripting languages or programming (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.


Qualification :


Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degrees or Tableau certifications (e.g., Tableau Desktop Certified Professional, Tableau Server
