Develop audit plans for AIF and PMS schemes.2. Preparation of Letter of Engagement along with scope, objectives, timelines, andresponsibilities clearly in the engagement letter.3. Perform audits of NAV computation for AIF and PMS portfolios to ensure accuracyand compliance.4. Review of RBI / SEBI Reports filed5. Perform bank reconciliations and ensure fund movements match client accounts,conduct trade reconciliations between portfolio records, custodian statements, andbroker confirmations, Reconcile positions, corporate actions, income accruals, clientonboarding, etc.6. Perform daily reviews of work carried out by the team members7. Verify adherence to SEBI guidelines and internal SOPs8. Identify gaps in processes and recommend corrective actions.9. Prepare comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations.10. Present findings to senior management and assist in remediation plans11. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all audit findings12. Suggest process enhancements, automation level suggestion to improve efficiency andreduce risk.Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: CA/MBA in Finance or equivalentExperience: 1–2 years in internal audit, preferably in AIF/PMS schemesSkills: Strong understanding of SEBI regulations for AIF & PMS. Expertise in risk assessment and internal control frameworks. Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills. Proficiency in audit tools and MS Excel.
