Read here: Forbes feature.Role: Customer Support ExecutiveWe are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Executive to assist ourglobal customers, primarily based in the US. The ideal candidate should have excellentcommunication skills, a strong grasp of support tools, and the ability to manage customerqueries with professionalism and care.Key Responsibilities:● Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and support tickets in a timely andprofessional manner.● Troubleshoot issues and guide users through product workflows and best practices.● Escalate complex technical problems to relevant teams and ensure promptresolution.● Maintain accurate records of interactions in the ticketing system.● Contribute to knowledge base documentation and process improvements.Must-Have Skills:● Excellent English communication skills - both written and spoken.● Willingness to work night/early morning hours (1 AM onwards) to support theUS time zone.● 2–3 years of experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role.● Tech-savvy with familiarity in ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom)and CRM tools.● Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and customer-first attitude.Good to Have:● Prior experience supporting SaaS products or B2B customers.● Understanding of basic technical troubleshooting or onboarding processes.What We Offer:● Opportunity to work closely with a global customer base and fast-growing startupteam.
