QA Analyst (Appian, Banking) – ContractImmediate Start | Remote | GCC HoursWe’re hiring an Appian QA Analyst to support a major digital banking transformation programme across the GCC. This role is strictly for candidates with proven Appian QA testing experience, no other profiles will be considered at this stage.You’ll be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining test cycles for Appian-based workflows, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance across complex banking processes. This is a fast-moving project where prior Appian experience is essential to keep momentum and avoid delays.⚡ Immediate start required (within 1 week of offer). Only candidates with Appian QA experience will be shortlisted. ⚡What You’ll Be DoingDesigning and executing test plans, test cases, and scripts for Appian-based applications.Performing functional, integration, UI, regression, and UAT testing cycles.Identifying, logging, and tracking defects; collaborating with BA and Dev teams to resolve issues.Validating data integrity, workflows, and compliance-related controls (KYC, AML, risk).Supporting test data management, environment readiness, and automation initiatives.Maintaining traceability between requirements and test cases, providing clear reporting to stakeholders.Contributing to QA process improvement, standards, and best practices.What They’re Looking ForProven Appian QA experience or strong familiarity with testing Appian-driven workflows.3–5 years of QA experience (Web or Mobile QA experience accepted if solid fundamentals).Experience with functional, regression, and UAT testing.Banking experience is a plus, but not required if Appian experience is strong.Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Postman, API testing, etc.) preferred.Excellent analytical, communication, and defect-tracking skills.Why This RoleYou’ll be part of a high-impact project digitizing key banking services across the region.
