With clients across  North America, we focus on solving some of the most pressing challenges in healthcare,  including care coordination, social determinants of health, and value-based care.  As part of our rapid growth, we are expanding our delivery and support team in India to  ensure our clients receive high-quality, responsive, and technically sound configuration  and release support.  Description  We’re seeking a Healthcare Solutions Analyst with a strong technical foundation and an  understanding of healthcare or Saa S solutions. This role combines solution configuration,  workflow setup, and release quality validation. You’ll be instrumental in configuring forms,  workflows, and notifications based on client requirements, and ensuring smooth rollouts  by supporting solution QA during client releases.  If you enjoy working at the intersection of business and technology, have an eye for detail,  and are motivated by improving healthcare outcomes through digital solutions — this role  is for you.  Key Responsibilities  • Develop deep product knowledge, including modules, configuration options,  workflows, and notifications.  • Configure platform settings, forms, views, and permissions using Projile’s low-code  admin interface.  • Translate client requirements into solution configurations, ensuring accuracy and  business alignment.  • Review and validate workflows, notifications, and data flows for correctness and  usability.  • Collaborate with QA and development teams to perform solution QA, especially  during new client releases.  • Troubleshoot and replicate reported issues; escalate to senior team members when  necessary.  • Work with raw data (SQL queries, JSON, and flat files) to create views and validate  integrations.  • Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, known issues, and release  notes.  Minimum Qualifications  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).  • 2–6 years of experience in a business analyst, customer success, configuration specialist, or  product/solution support role.  • Strong technical aptitude with working knowledge of HTML, JSON, SQL.  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field  (or equivalent practical experience).  Preferred (Not Required)   • Experience with healthcare, Medicaid, or community health solutions.  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, CCDA).  • Prior experience working with US-based clients or healthcare organizations.  Why Join Projile?  • Mission-driven impact: Contribute to solutions that improve healthcare and  community outcomes.  • Career growth: Opportunity to evolve into solution consulting, product  management, or automation roles.  • Global team: Work with a talented and collaborative group across the US, Canada,  India, and beyond.  • Remote flexibility: Fully remote role with cross-border collaboration.
