This role requires the ability to drive initiatives independently and articulate complex technical ideas clearly.You will be responsible for building and scaling high-volume systems using Python and a modern microservices architecture.Key Technical Expertise:Deep hands-on experience with Python and proven expertise in building microservices architecture.Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs, async jobs, background schedulers, and robust data pipelines.Expertise in managing diverse data layers: creating and optimizing SQL & NoSQL data models (e.g., PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, MongoDB, DynamoDB).Strong understanding of API design principles, including rate limiting, secure authentication (OAuth2), and industry best practices.Decent foundational knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular) for effective collaboration.Soft Skills & Mindset:Communication: Articulate well, demonstrate clarity of thought, and comfortably drive discussions independently with clients/stakeholders.Ownership: Exhibit an ownership mindset, self-drive, and the willingness to extend efforts to meet critical deadlines without constant senior guidance.
