Summary

We are looking for a
Python Developer
with over
3 years of experience
to join our team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world business problems through technology and has a strong foundation in backend development. You'll be working on projects that involve ERP systems, automation, and integrations, where your contribution will directly impact client success and the company's growth. Success in this position means writing clean, reliable code, working well with teammates, and delivering solutions that are both efficient and scalable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Python-based applications using frameworks such as
    Django, Flask, or FastAPI
    .
  • Build and integrate
    REST APIs
    with different systems and applications.
  • Work closely with project managers, designers, and front-end developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Ensure code quality by following best practices and conducting code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot issues, debug errors, and improve application performance.
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, tools, and overall team efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    3 years of professional experience
    in Python development.
  • Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI).
  • Hands-on experience with
    databases
    such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Good understanding of
    REST APIs, microservices, and system integration
    .
  • Comfortable working with Git or other version control tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with
    ERPNext / Odoo
    .
  • Exposure to
    cloud platforms
    (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript/React).
