Jutron Vision is looking for a skilled Product Executive with a background in Optometry to drive product success. We invite applications from Optometrists who possess a strong understanding of clinical concepts and are better suited for demos and technical discussions with Ophthalmologists.


Key Responsibilities:

●Product Knowledge & Demonstration: Acquire in-depth knowledge of core products (CSV, UniSys, OH) and conduct effective demonstrations, especially in clinical settings with Ophthalmologists.

● Sales & Lead Conversion: Implement marketing and sales strategies to attract and engage potential customers. Convert leads into sales orders, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

● Customer Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing follow-up support as needed. Travel to customer sites when necessary for product demonstrations and order closures.

● Sales Performance & Reporting: Analyze sales outcomes, document reasons for successful or lost sales, and contribute to refining future strategies.


Qualifications:

● Minimum 2+ years in product sales or marketing, preferably with a background in Optometry or related clinical field.


Skills:

● Strong product demonstration and technical understanding.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

● Ability to generate leads and close sales effectively.

● Analytical skills to assess sales performance and customer feedback.


Additional Considerations:

● Training: Full training will be provided on the products and sales techniques.

● Flexibility: Candidates must be adaptable, willing to travel, and ready to handle dynamic.
