Description :Key Responsibilities :- Lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery across multiple IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and PMO standards.- Define, implement, and manage PMO processes, governance frameworks, and reporting structures.- Manage project portfolios covering EHR/EMR system implementations (e.g., Greenway Intergy, HST Pathways), infrastructure modernization, and cloud adoption (Azure).- Collaborate with IT, business, and vendor teams to ensure successful project execution, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and communication strategies.- Oversee change management and ensure project documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory and organizational standards.- Facilitate stakeholder communication by translating complex technical concepts into actionable project insights and executive updates.- Monitor and report on key project metrics, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of issues.- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and transparency within the PMO.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 5- 7 years of experience in IT Project Management, with at least 3+ years in a PMO-driven healthcare or enterprise environment.- Strong understanding of EHR/EMR systems such as Greenway Intergy and HST Pathways.- Proven experience managing projects related to infrastructure modernization, networking, cloud (Azure), and SSO/SAML integrations.- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and convert technical concepts into clear, actionable project strategies.- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination experience.Preferred Qualifications :- PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP certification.- Experience working in healthcare IT or regulated environments (HIPAA, HITECH).- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.- Background in business process improvement and governance frameworks.Educational Qualification :- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
