We are looking for energetic and motivated Sales Executives to join our outbound calling team. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who want to build a rewarding career in sales with attractive incentives and structured growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate Samsung solutions.
- Drive sales through effective communication and strong selling skills.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on performance and results.
Qualifications
- Minimum: Graduate (any stream).
- Experience in sales or customer engagement preferred, but freshers are welcome.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).
- Strong problem-solving and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to perform in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and self-motivation.
- Prior sales experience will be an added advantage.
Work Schedule
- Shift Timings: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Rotational shifts).
- Work Days: 6 days a week.
- Rotational Offs: 2 days.
