Job Title:

Business Analyst/ Product Analyst - Wealth Management

As a member of the Product team, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis:
  • Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Conduct market research and industry analysis to evaluate emerging technologies, assess competitive landscape, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance wealth distribution services.
  • Technical Support:
  • Provide frontline technical support to internal users and customers, diagnose and resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to appropriate IT teams for resolution.
  • Manage IT help desk tickets, prioritize support requests, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Solution Design and Implementation:
  • Design, test and implement technical solutions to address business challenges, streamline workflows, and optimize operational processes using a combination of off the shelf software, custom applications, and integrations.
  • Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance, follow through with regular monitoring of metrics and presentation to stakeholders
  • Ensure implementation plans match expectations.
  • Documentation & Training:
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer, improve user proficiency, and promote self service support.


Qualifications:

An ideal candidate would have:

  • B.E/B.Tech and/or MBA;
  • 2 years of experience as
  • Business Analyst/ Product Analyst/ Associate Product Manager (Experience in Wealth management domain would be an added advantage)
  • Experience in collaborating with users and partners is preferred
  • Strong communication & management skills
  • Working knowledge of Excel/Google sheets
  • A great attitude and calm demeanor
  • Basic knowledge of APIs and SQL queries.
  • Multitasking in a fast paced environment with customer obsessed and solution oriented approach
