Products:Powder form chemical (LCA – Lustrous Carbon Additive) Packaging:25 kg bags Price Range:₹36–₹40 per kg Usage:50 tons/month (average per foundry) Turnover:₹150–200 Cr per annum Manpower:70 staff, 150–200 labourers per factory Factory Location:Seiyaru Managing Director:Mr. Deepak Choudhry Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and technically soundManager / Senior Manager – Technical Salesto handle ourSouth India foundry market . The ideal candidate should have ametallurgy or foundry background , strong understanding offoundry processes, LCA products, and consumables , and proven experience intechnical and field sales . Key Responsibilities: Manage and expand sales acrossTamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and Telanganaregions. Develop and maintain strong relationships withfoundries and industrial consumers . Conducttechnical sales presentations, product demonstrations, and trialsat customer sites. Identify new business opportunities and drivevolume and revenue growth . Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve assignedsales targets and market expansion goals . Handle asales teamand ensure training, motivation, and performance improvement. Regularly travel across the region forcustomer visits and field work . Provide feedback onmarket trends, competitor activities, and product performance . Support the GM – South in planning and executingsales strategies . Key Skills & Competencies: Strongtechnical knowledgein foundry processes or metallurgical applications. Excellentcommunication and negotiation skills . Hands-on experience infield sales / B2B industrial sales . Proven ability tohandle key accounts and large volumes . Willingness to travel extensively across South India. Ability to lead and mentor asales team . Self-motivated and target-driven. Qualifications: B.E. / B.Tech in Metallurgy / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering(preferred). Candidates fromfoundry production, quality, or technical backgroundwilling to move into sales are also encouraged to apply. Minimum7+ years of relevant experiencein thefoundry or industrial consumable sector . Work Mode: Field-based role with frequent travel across South India.
