This role will involve managing digital workspaces, tracking deliverables, and ensuring seamless team collaboration using tools likeAsanaandSlack .Key Responsibilities Assist inbackend project coordinationacross multiple teams (Retail, Sales, Operations, and Product). Maintain and manageproject dashboards and workflowsonAsana— updating tasks, dependencies, and timelines. Oversee communication and task alignment throughSlackchannels and integrations. Support project documentation, follow-up processes, and report generation. Ensure timely execution and delivery of cross-functional tasks. Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance project efficiency. Collaborate closely with project leads to ensure consistent tracking and reporting of milestones. Skills & Competencies Strongorganizational, planning, and coordinationskills. Hands-on experience or familiarity withAsanaandSlackfor project management. Basic knowledge ofCAPMor similar PM frameworks preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strongattention to detailand ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
