We ship fast, learn continuously, and keep quality high with strong engineering and design discipline.What You’ll Do- Support project planning: timelines, sprint plans, and simple Gantt/roadmaps in Notion/Jira. - Help run scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, reviews, retros); take notes and track action items. - Maintain backlogs with PM/Leads: update tickets, acceptance criteria, and priorities. - Own lightweight project documentation: meeting notes, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and status reports. - Coordinate cross-functional tasks with Engineering, Design, QA, and Marketing; follow up to unblock work. - Track metrics (burndown, velocity, on-time delivery) and share weekly summaries. - Assist with release checklists, handoffs, and post-release retros. - Help improve internal SOPs/playbooks and templates for repeatable execution.What You’ll Need- Strong organization and communication skills; clear note-taking and follow-through. - Comfort with Microsoft suite and Google Sheets/Docs/Slides. - Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts and software product lifecycles. - Ability to turn a brief into a structured plan and keep details up to date. - Curiosity, ownership, and willingness to learn.Nice to Have- Any experience coordinating student projects, hackathons, or internships. - Familiarity with QA basics (test cases, UAT checklists) and simple risk tracking. - Exposure to engineering tools (GitHub) or design tools (Figma) for smoother handoffs.What Success Looks Like (first 90 days)- Accurate project boards and clear weekly status updates. - On-time, well-documented sprint ceremonies with action items closed. - A basic project dashboard (milestones, risks, dependencies) maintained in Notion/Jira. - Release checklists run reliably and retros documented with follow-ups.How to ApplyApply via LinkedIn or on our website: nomisma.ai/career/You can also email your resume to info@nomisma.aiwith subject: “Project Manager Intern – Your Name”.
