Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP QM/WM Functional Analyst to support and enhance SAP Quality Management (QM) and Warehouse Management (WM) operations. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions that improve business processes, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP QM and WM modules .
- Design and optimize processes to strengthen quality control and warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop blueprint documents.
- Manage integration of QM and WM with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Develop reporting and analytics solutions to provide actionable business insights.
- Provide end-user training, support, and troubleshooting for SAP QM/WM functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and SAP best practices.
- Manage projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and system changes.
Core Competencies
- Strong expertise in SAP QM/WM configuration, integration, and support.
- Proven ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver within deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of SAP QM/WM functional experience , with strong integration knowledge.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA and SAP ECC.
- Hands-on experience with quality planning, inspections, notifications, reporting, and warehouse operations.
- Experience with ALE, IDOCs, and EDI configurations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in global teams.
- Willingness to travel internationally/domestically as required.
