Description :Job Title : Software Configuration EngineerLocation : PuneJob Role : As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements, ensuring that all configurations meet the specified standards and contribute to the overall project goals. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the software solutions are effectively tailored to meet user needs and enhance operational efficiency.Roles & Responsibilities :- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide feedback on configuration processes.Professional & Technical Skills :- Must Have Skills : Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management.- Good To Have Skills : Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies.- Strong understanding of configuration management principles and practices.- Familiarity with software customization techniques and tools.- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Additional Information :- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
