Were looking for a results-driven Business Analyst to join our data team. This role requires a strong command over SQL, the ability to work with large and complex databases, and experience translating data into business impact especially in the domains of customer acquisition, marketing, or commercial analysis.

Key Responsibilities :


- Query and analyze large datasets using SQL to drive insights

- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to measure initiative effectiveness

- Conduct ROI analysis of acquisition or product initiatives

- Evaluate A/B tests or pilots and assess value delivered vs. baseline

- Build dashboards, define KPIs, and monitor business health metrics

- Present insights to stakeholders in a clear and impactful way

Requirements :


- 1- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst

- Advanced SQL skills (must) and good understanding of relational databases

- Experience handling large volumes of data and working with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)

- Exposure to any of the following is highly desirable :

1. Customer acquisition funnel analysis

2. Marketing performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.)

3. Product experimentation / A/B testing

4. Growth and commercial analytics

- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Math, etc.)

Nice to Have :


- Python for data manipulation

- Experience in gaming, fintech, or e-commerce industries
