A leading Research and Consulting organization providing outsourced research solutions is looking for seasoned professional for the role of Associate Director (Process Research).

Key Responsibilities:

a. Handling the entire research team (including operations and logistics- including RQ, DG)

b. Carry out all the research coordination required with client, field (in-house team/ self) and other research partners, whenever required

c. Guide & Mentor team to conduct in-depth interviews and focus group discussions

d. Crucial checks on Analysis and transcription of groups, Work on draft presentations/reports

e. Oversee Primary Research Activities viz: In-person/Telephonic interviews in India or overseas with or without interpreter. Needs to be flexible for travel.

f. Manage Secondary Research: Perform QC for all secondary searches of public domain and proprietary information database containing financial and market information

g. Independently design and prepare final report presentation and insights post analysis

h. Work with VP/EVP in client management and business development-related activities. Act asaccount / client manager and solely handle scope creep, objection, overall client satisfaction.

i. Manage multiple research work streams, projects and teams while ensuring client deliveries are met as per expectations.

j. Effective in delegation of work, train & mentor teams to achieve on-time and error free delivery

k. Analyze findings and write the report, oversee research proceedings, multitask and offer proposal writing support

Candidate Profile :

MBA from a reputed institute with approx. 12 yrs of experience in Market research, Consulting, Research and information, KPOs

Personal Attributes :

- Ability to work against tight deadlines.

- Ability to work on unstructured projects somewhat independently.

- Proficiency in Power Bi, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

- Expertise, or great comfort with numbers.

- Working knowledge of various statistical tools will be an added advantage.

- Foreign Language Proficiency will be an added advantage.

- Maximum Budget 26 lpa plus Performance Bonus

- 5 day week,Hybrid working
