Job Brief


We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead who is passionate about building great software and helping others grow. In this role, you will guide a talented team of developers, make important technical decisions, and ensure our projects meet the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in shaping our technology, improving productivity, and delivering successful results that make a real impact.



Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor developers, helping them improve skills in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Java.
  • Review code, set quality standards, and follow best practices to make sure projects are reliable and high-performing.
  • Take part in technical discussions, assess options, and identify possible risks before development starts.
  • Work with stakeholders to set clear goals, define deliverables, and keep everyone updated with progress reports.



Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Spring Boot, Java, and Hibernate.
  • Good understanding of Microservices Architecture and RESTful API development.
  • Skilled in performance tuning and optimization of Spring Boot applications.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile methods.
  • Bonus: Spring Professional Certification or Java SE 11 Developer Certification.
