We pride ourselves on creating personalized marketing plans that align with our clients' goals and drive measurable results.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a results-driven PPC Expert with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns, located in Kolkata. The PPC Expert will be responsible for managing and optimizing pay-per-click advertising campaigns, performing keyword research, analyzing campaign performance, and making data-driven decisions to improve ROI and proficient across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with the marketing team to ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies and goals.Key Responsibilities- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid platforms. - Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to maximize ROI. - Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for better conversions. - Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights. - Manage budgets, A/B testing, and bid strategies effectively. - Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid advertising.Must Have Experience- 3–4 years of proven experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads campaign management. - Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Conversion Tracking, and Tag Manager. - Hands-on experience with Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Remarketing campaigns. - Excellent analytical, reporting, and optimization skills. - Ability to work independently and in collaboration with creative/strategy teams.Good To Have- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and Programmatic platforms. - Google Ads & Meta Ads Certifications. - Familiarity with CRM & marketing automation tools.
