The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in mobile testing, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while ensuring the highest quality standards across our mobile platforms.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain robust mobile automation frameworks (Android & iOS).Create, execute, and optimize automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable releases.Identify, document, and track defects; drive root cause analysis and resolution.Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in automation best practices.Stay updated with emerging mobile automation tools, frameworks, and industry trends.🛠️ Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in mobile test automation (Android/iOS).Strong proficiency in tools/frameworks such as Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit.Hands-on experience with programming languages like Java, Python, Kotlin, or Swift.Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, APIs, and debugging tools (ADB, Xcode).Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).Knowledge of cloud-based mobile testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, Firebase Test Lab).Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.🌟 Preferred QualificationsExposure to performance, security, and accessibility testing for mobile apps.Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Behave).Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
