Muthoot Fincorp is hiring State HRBP, WEST for Secured and Unsecured Lending Business. The role is based in Mumbai and we are looking for an experienced HR professional (exposure in Mortgages or Home Loan hiring) and responsible for Talent Acquisition and Business Partnering across the West Zone.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensivetalent acquisition strategyto attract top talent, reduce hiring turnaround time, and enhance candidate experience for the territory. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring recruitment goals are met with high-quality hires. Define and monitorrecruitment metrics and KPIs(time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire, pipeline health, etc.) through recruitment data analysis. Oversee theentire employee life cycleprocess – from job requisition to onboarding, engagement, and exit. Implement a strongsourcing strategyto build a diverse candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Partner with zone leadership to develop and maintainmanpower as per the approved budgetacross locations under your territory. Stay updated onindustry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging recruitment technologiesto ensure competitiveness in the talent market. Conductexit interviews , manage full & final settlements, and ensurePF closurefor employees exiting the organization. Address and resolve general employee queries within definedTAT (Turnaround Time) . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to driveemployee engagement initiatives, celebrations, training support , and strengthen leadership connect for critical roles. Partner with business stakeholders to providerecruitment insights and expertisethat align with business performance goals.Candidate Requirements Experience:8–12 years overall HR experience, with at least one significant stint (5+ years) inNBFC / Banking / Financial Services sector . Education:Postgraduate in HR / MBA in Human Resources. Strong knowledge ofBFSI HR practices , statutory compliance, and labour laws. Provenleadership and people managementexperience, with a track record of building and grooming high-performing teams. Excellent communication skills;fluency in Marathi and Englishis preferred.
