We are seeking a highly skilled Vice President of Lending Operations to join our team and drive our operational strategy to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to define and implement operational strategies.

- Review and optimize global lending operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Develop and present business cases to support operational and technological initiatives.

- Lead transformational change projects, ensuring both financial and non-financial benefits are achieved.

- Work with key stakeholders to shape the strategic agenda for the lending Extensive experience in lending operations, with expertise in both secured and unsecured lending products.

- Deep understanding of various loan types, including business installment loans, mortgages, personal loans, etc.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record in delivering compelling presentations.

- Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, preferably within a wholesale lending environment.
