We are a successful design consultancy who due to planned growth and new project awards are seeking an M&E Revit Technician to join on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for the production of M&E drawings using 2D CAD and 3D Revit MEP software to an array of exciting construction engineering projects ranging in scale and across all sectors. We work on a range of Mechanical and Electrical design projects from commercial new builds, healthcare refurbishment schemes, student accommodation and education establishments and have a number of projects planned in. This role requires experience of producing 3d mechanical and electrical drawings within building services, so you must be confident in design from concept to completion.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a BIM Technician. The BIM Technician will be responsible for performing various tasks related to Building Information Modeling (BIM) including creating and maintaining 3D models, collaborating with design teams, and assisting in the coordination of construction projects.


Qualifications

  • Degree in Building Services Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
  • Experience with creating and managing detailed 3D models
  • Familiarity with industry standards and practices related to BIM
  • Good understanding of construction methods and processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
