Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled BI Developer with expertise in Qlik Sense and QlikView, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining BI solutions that support decision-making processes within the organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense and QlikView applications to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into BI systems.
  • Create and optimize data models and visualizations to provide insights into business performance.
  • Work closely with the data engineering team to ensure data quality and integrity throughout the BI environment.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of BI solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the BI space to continuously improve our BI capabilities.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for BI applications and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive BI initiatives and deliver actionable insights.
  • Maintain documentation of BI solutions, including data models, ETL processes, and report specifications.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence development.
  • Proficiency in Qlik Sense and QlikView development, including scripting, data modeling, and visualization.
  • Experience in designing and implementing ETL processes using tools like SSIS, Informatica, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL programming skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications in Business Intelligence or related technologies (e.g. Qlik Sense/QlikView Developer Certification) preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality BI solutions on time and within budget.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
