You will have the opportunity to engage with clients directly, providing tailored solutions in a range of complex tax and accounting matters for Canadian businesses.Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advisory services in Canadian Corporate Restructuring with a focus on Amalgamations and Succession Planning. - Assist clients in optimizing their tax strategies, ensuring compliance with Canadian tax laws and regulations. - Manage Canada GST Services, including guidance on registration, filing, and compliance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive tax and accounting solutions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and ongoing business.Skills & Qualifications:- 4+ years of experience in a client-facing tax/accounting role (preferably with a focus on Canadian tax matters). - Strong knowledge and experience in Canadian Corporate Restructuring, Amalgamations, and Succession Planning. - Expertise in Canada GST Services, including all aspects of compliance and advisory. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is a plus.
