Our Program Governance and Value Realisation Office (VRO) frameworks ensure that transformation initiatives stay aligned with business goals, cost efficiency, and time-to-value expectations.Who We’re Looking For:We are seeking highly organised and results-driven Engagement / Program Managers who can oversee multi-stream transformation programs across Nexora’s client portfolio. You will work closely with Aparna Kumar and senior client executives to ensure seamless delivery, governance, and impact realisation across strategic engagements.This role involves program planning, risk management, stakeholder coordination, performance tracking, and ensuring adherence to Nexora’s transformation governance standards.Location: MumbaiEngagement Model:- Full-Time - Nexora provides comprehensive sales, pre-sales, and delivery management support through its dedicated business operations and governance teamWhy Nexora Tech:- Collaborate with Aparna Kumar, one of India’s foremost CIOs and transformation leaders, on large-scale enterprise programs - Manage end-to-end governance, performance tracking, and executive reporting for digital transformation initiatives - Lead complex, cross-functional engagements spanning AI, cloud, data, and compliance portfolios - Join an elite community of program managers and transformation experts who drive strategic outcomes without operational overhead or sales responsibilitiesCompensation:₹15 to 25 lakhs annually (Fixed + Variable)Ideal Profile:- 10–15 years of experience in program or project management, PMO, or transformation governance - Strong familiarity with Agile, PMP, or Prince2 methodologies - Proven ability to manage multi-vendor, multi-stakeholder programs in large enterprise settings - Experience in setting up Value Realisation Offices (VROs) and performance dashboards for CXO reporting - Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills - Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery frameworks - Passionate about enabling organisations to achieve transformation with measurable outcomes and disciplined executionHow to Apply:Send your profile to hr@aparnatechtrends.comWith the subject line:Engagement / Program ManagerJoin Nexora Tech to transform vision into value through structured governance and strategic execution excellence.
