For more information on the company, please visit our website or LinkedIn community.Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach and mentor the development team on Agile principles and practices. Remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress and ensure a smooth workflow. Collaborate with product owners to maintain a well-defined product backlog and prioritize tasks effectively. Good to have Banking domain. Monitor team performance and provide insights to improve productivity and quality. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage team members to share feedback. Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices. Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
