Ensure effective customer support for Cavitak’s complete product portfolio. Analyse customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Collaborate with Product Managers and OEMs to resolve product-related issues. Conduct training sessions to enhance team capabilities and performance. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the support function.What We Are Looking For A proven leader with 7–10 years of experience in technical support and team management. Strong background in ELV systems. Prior technical expertise in CCTV, Access Control, Fire & Public Address Systems, Automation, Audio & Visuals. Ability to drive and scale PAN India support operations. Someone passionate about building, mentoring, and growing a high-performing support team.
