Sales & Business Head The Role.We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Business Head to lead our newly established construction chemical factory at Madhyamgram Badu Road.This is a senior leadership position with complete profit and loss responsibility for the entire business operation.The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in the construction chemical industry, proven leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics in the P&L Management: Own the full profit and loss of the factory, including revenue, costs, and profitability.- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed business growth, revenue, and market share targets.- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team of any size.- Provide guidance, set clear targets, and conduct performance reviews to ensure team success.- Market & Business Development: Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, architects, dealers, and distributors.- Operational Oversight: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations, from production and logistics to finance and customer Industry Expertise: A minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior leadership role (e.g., Regional Head, General Manager, Business Head, Cluster Head, or Territory Manager) within the construction chemical industry is mandatory.- Domain Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of construction chemical products like admixtures, waterproofing, sealants, grouts, and industrial flooring is essential.- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and driving business growth.- Strategic Mindset: Ability to analyse market trends, competitor activities, and financial data to make informed business decisions.- Preferred Companies: Candidates with prior experience at companies like Pidilite, Fosroc, Sika, Mapei, Ardex, or Saint-Gobain will be given Competitive salary package based on experience and expertise.- Leadership role with opportunities for professional growth.- Diverse project portfolio spanning residential and commercial sectors.- Collaborative work environment with dedicated 3D visualisation support.- Prime location in Ballygunge with excellent connectivity.- Creative freedom to implement innovative design solutions.
