With extensive hands-on experience, IQS serves industries such as automotive, marine, and manufacturing.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an NDT Inspector located in Sankrail. Responsibilities include performing a variety of non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques such as ultrasonic testing, eddy current testing, and other inspections according to established standards. You will ensure quality control, detect potential defects, and assess corrosion and structural integrity across various materials and components in industrial settings. You will document and report inspection findings, collaborate with clients on-site to meet their requirements, and maintain accurate records of inspections conducted.Qualifications- Proficiency in non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques including Ultrasonics (UT) and MPT - Experience in Quality Control practices and conducting detailed Inspection processes. - Knowledge of material inspection techniques, including Corrosion assessment and Flaw Detection. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and adherence to industry standards. - ASNT SNT-TC-1A certification is essential; additional certifications are an advantage. - Familiarity with industrial equipment inspections, such as Static and Rotary Equipment, is preferred. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to document findings accurately. - Experience working within the automotive, manufacturing, or related industries is beneficial.
