Role Summary : This position is a part of Business Operations process where the role holder will be responsible for Preparation of Rolling Plan by Co-ordination with Sales team, analyzing root cause for slow moving inventories and proposing process improvements for reduction of slow moving inventory.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Generate short term demand plans basis quantitative analysis and qualitative inputs from sales & marketing teams.
  • Rolling Plan Efficiency Analysis and Suggesting Areas for improvement.
  • Independently take charge of Specific Product categories and ability to take decision in terms of Demand Prioritization
  • Co-ordinate regularly with field sale team & Supply chain team to improve service levels as per agreed KPIs
  • Participate in S&OP meetings, weekly demand review meetings
  • Generating Periodic reports as per Business Requirements.


Required Skills:

  • Good knowledge of SAP, Excel
  • Experience in running forecast models and using analytics to manage demand and supply gaps across locations and categories
  • Strong Analytical Skills (demonstrated in previous assignments)


Experience : Minimum 4-5 years’ experience of S&OP cycle management (demand and supply)

Qualification : BE/ B.Tech/ MBA (Operations)
