Job Summary :We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the successful execution and delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, stakeholder communication, team coordination, and Agile methodologies. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects, ensure timely delivery, take ownership and responsibly with accountability and maintain high- quality standards while aligning with business : 10+ Responsibilities Delivery & Execution :- Oversee end- to- end project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.- Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.- Monitor project progress and address potential risks or bottlenecks.- Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or other relevant software development & Stakeholder Management :- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met.- Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders.- Manage escalations and resolve conflicts to maintain strong client Coordination & Leadership :- Collaborate with development teams, product managers, QA, and other departments to ensure smooth execution.- Assign tasks, track performance, and ensure alignment with business goals.- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and & Process Improvement :- Ensure high- quality deliverables by enforcing best practices in software development.- Identify areas for process optimization and implement improvements.- Conduct post- project reviews and document lessons Skills & Qualifications :- 10+ years of experience in software development project delivery.- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies.- Experience with JIRA, Trello, or other project management tools.- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.- Strong client- facing skills and ability to handle escalations.- Excellent communication, problem- solving, and leadership skills.- Technical background in software development is a plus.- PMP, CSM, or relevant certifications are an advantage.
