Outdated processes and fragmented coordination often lead to delays in care, increased costs, and missed opportunities for early interventions.
At Lenity Health, we are redefining senior healthcare by developing AI-driven care coordination tools to support U.S. seniors (65+), including Spanish-speaking communities.
Our Care Navigators play a crucial role in helping seniors access the care they deserve—assisting with scheduling, care coordination, and understanding their healthcare options.

As a Spanish-Speaking Care Navigator , you will be the trusted guide for Spanish-speaking seniors in the U.S., helping them navigate their healthcare journey with clarity and care.
Your Day-to-Day Impact
- Assist seniors with scheduling appointments and coordinating care
- Provide support and resolve inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations while delivering accurate information
- Document patient interactions and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes
✅ The Skills That Set You Apart
Must-Have:
✔ Fluency in Spanish (Level B2 and above preferred )
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with empathy and patience
✔ Ability to simplify complex healthcare processes for seniors
✔ Attention to detail in documenting patient interactions
✔ Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Nice to Have:
✨ Experience in healthcare call centers, telehealth, or a medical background
✨ Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, or U.S. healthcare programs
✨ Hands-on experience with healthcare CRM or patient engagement platforms
