Job Title:IT Support Engineer (IMAC) Client:Infosys Payroll:TECEZE Work Type:Full-time Location:Bangalore Experience Level:1–6 years (Flexible based on project scope) Role Overview: We are seeking an experiencedEUC Engineer (IMAC Implementation)to manage and executeInstall, Move, Add, Change (IMAC)activities for end-user computing devices. The role involves hands-on technical deployment, user coordination, and ensuring smooth transitions of IT assets while adhering to organizational standards, documentation, and SLAs. Key Responsibilities: ExecuteIMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change)tasks for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and other EUC devices. Performhardware/software installations, upgrades, configurations, and migrationsas per IT policies and security standards. Handleasset tagging, inventory updates , and documentation following each IMAC activity. Supportdevice rollouts, refresh projects, and user relocationswithin agreed timelines. Ensuredata backup, migration, and recoveryduring system replacements or moves. Troubleshoothardware and OS-level issuesduring deployment and escalate complex cases when necessary. Coordinate withService Desk, Network, and Infrastructure teamsfor dependency management and issue resolution. EnsureSLA adherenceand proper ticket closure inITSM toolssuch as ServiceNow or Remedy. Supportuser onboarding and offboardingfrom an end-user device perspective. Prepare and maintainSOPs, checklists, and technical documentationfor IMAC activities. Required Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge ofEUC technologiesincludingWindows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SCCM/Intune . Hands-on experience inhardware setup, reimaging, and device provisioning . Proficiency inITSM/ticketing systems(ServiceNow, Remedy, BMC Helix). Basic understanding ofnetwork troubleshooting(LAN/Wi-Fi, IP, DNS, DHCP). Experience usingremote support toolssuch as RDP, TeamViewer, or AnyDesk. Excellentdocumentation, reporting, and communicationskills. Strongcustomer service orientationand ability to work bothindependently and collaboratively . Preferred Qualifications: Certifications:CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate. Experience inlarge-scale enterprise IMAC deployments . Knowledge ofasset management and lifecycle tracking tools . Familiarity withendpoint security solutions(BitLocker, antivirus, etc.). Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma inComputer Science, Information Technology , or a related field. Experience: Minimum1+ yearof relevant experience in EUC or IMAC support roles.
