The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content, developing content strategies, conducting internal training sessions, and curating relevant real estate insights that align with the company’s goals.The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to maintain a consistent brand voice and storytelling style.Key Responsibilities- Create, edit, and manage written and visual content for multiple platforms (social media, blogs, website, etc.) - Develop and implement effective content strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility - Curate high-quality information and industry insights relevant to real estate and gated communities - Conduct internal sessions to train and align teams on content tone, brand voice, and strategy - Collaborate with marketing, design, and project teams to ensure content accuracy and impact - Appear confidently on camera for video content, brand updates, and promotional campaignsQualifications- Excellent communication and writing skills - Proven experience in content curation and content strategy development - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment - Prior experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage - Must be comfortable appearing on camera for content creation purposes
