Job Overview

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Concept Development**: Develop innovative event concepts, themes, and experiences tailored to the client's needs, ensuring alignment with the overall event objectives.
- **Event Storytelling**: Craft captivating narratives and storylines that enhance the event experience, integrating visual, spatial, and experiential elements.
- **Design Visualization**: Create sketches, mood boards, and visual presentations to illustrate the event concept and design elements. Collaborate with designers to develop detailed renderings.
- **Client Presentations**: Present event concepts and designs to clients, effectively communicating ideas and addressing feedback.
- **Project Coordination**: Work closely with the event team to ensure concepts are executed to the highest standards, coordinating with designers, vendors, and production teams for seamless implementation.
- **Trends & Innovation**: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and experiential marketing techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to events.
- **Content Creation**: Design and deliver supporting materials, such as storyboards, scripts, and proposal documents, to enhance event presentations.
- **On-Site Coordination**: Provide creative direction during event setup to ensure the original concept is executed accurately, making adjustments if needed.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in event concept design, experiential marketing, or event curation. Experience in an advertising or events agency is preferred.
- **Skills Required**:

- Strong visualization and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in design and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent public speaking and client-facing skills.
- Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and visualize spatial arrangements.
- Familiarity with event production, set design, and experiential marketing techniques.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
