Key Responsibilities :

1. Technical Leadership :

- Lead the development and deployment of SAP ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and technical requirements.

- Provide hands-on technical leadership, guiding and mentoring a team of SAP developers.

- Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high coding standards.

2. Solution Design & Development :

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.

- Design, develop, test, and implement customizations, enhancements, and integrations for SAP ERP systems.

- Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of all SAP solutions.

3. System Integration :

- Develop and maintain seamless integrations between SAP ERP systems and other enterprise applications.

- Ensure efficient data flow and system interoperability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues swiftly.

4. Quality Assurance :

- Establish and maintain comprehensive testing protocols.

- Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Quickly identify and resolve defects and system issues.

5. Continuous Improvement :

- Stay current with SAP ERP technologies, tools, and best practices.

- Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and improvements.

- Lead initiatives to enhance the functionality, performance, and scalability of SAP ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in SAP ERP development and implementation.

- Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Knowledge of cloud-based SAP solutions and technologies.

- Proficiency in SAP Fiori and UI5 development.

- Experience with SAP HANA database management and development.
