Inviting applications for the role of Consultant Oracle Apex developer
 
In this role you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Oracle APEX. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design user-friendly interfaces, and deliver high-quality software solutions. Suggesting application design enhancements and new product features. Evaluate new technology options, recommending the adoption of new technologies into the solution

Responsibilities 
• Design and maintain custom Oracle applications using Oracle Apex to meet business needs
• Develop and manage database objects, queries, and PL/SQL code to support APEX applications.
• Expertise in developing Apex Applications and UI using features like Interactive Reports, Grids, Dropdown, CSS, JavaScript 
• Development of dynamic reports within the Oracle APEX environment, using APEX reporting tools, BI Publisher or Oracle Reports.

• Develop scripts in SQL, PLSQL for data conversion, data migration and integrations

• Responsible for the integration of third-party APEX Plugins and JavaScript libraries

• Perform requirements analysis, development, design, test, and deployment of Oracle applications
• Maintain existing features, troubleshooting bugs and resolve ad-hoc requests
• Should have been part of support projects resolving production issues under a SLA guided environment. 
• Adhere to the timeline and focus on delivery with good quality 

Qualifications we seek in you 
Minimum Qualifications/skills 
• B-Tech or MCA
• Proficiency in Oracle APEX, SQL, PL/SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience in Oracle SQL / Oracle PL/SQL programming
• Knowledge of Industry Best Practice Design in Oracle APEX
• Experience in managing web page layouts with APEX templates and themes
• Experience integrating REST APIs into APEX applications.
• Oracle Database performance and tuning. 
• Knowledge of APEX Plug-in development.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

• Knowledge in JSON/REST web services, JavaScript templates, node.js would be added advantage
• Knowledge of Web application security / Data security
• Capacity to embrace changes, adapt to new technologies
• Hands on experience on Trouble shooting of production support issues around Application engine process failures, integration issues, debugging code and providing permanent resolution for the same. 
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills necessary
• Self-starter and motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced Rapid Application Development environment
• Knowledge of application domain
