Profile Summary - Seeking a results-driven Oracle APEX Developer with 3+ years of strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle APEX applications (20.x 23.x). The candidate should have solid expertise in HRMS, Payroll, Passage Benefits, and Loan Management systems. The role requires hands-on experience in extracting logic from Oracle Forms & Reports (11g/12c) and re-engineering them into modern APEX solutions. In addition, the resource should be adept in Jasper Reports integration and ORDS-based RESTful API development to ensure seamless data exchange across systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze & Re-engineer: Study legacy Oracle Forms to extract business logic, triggers, and validations, and implement them in APEX.
  • Reports Conversion: Migrate Oracle Reports into Jasper Reports and integrate them into APEX with print-friendly templates.
  • Application Development: Build and enhance APEX components including Dynamic Actions, Processes, Validations, Interactive Grids, Charts, and Collections.
  • API Development: Maintain and extend RESTful APIs using Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) for third-party integrations.
  • Business Workflow Implementation: Replicate and optimize workflows across HRMS, Payroll, Loans, and Benefits modules.
  • Performance & Compliance: Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and compliance with HRMS & Payroll process requirements.

Key Skills Required

  • Oracle APEX: Dynamic Actions, Collections, Interactive Grids/Charts, APEX Validations, Page Processes.
  • PL/SQL: Strong expertise in Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and Query Optimization.
  • ORDS: RESTful Web Services, OAuth2 authentication, JSON/XML data handling.
  • Oracle Forms & Reports (11g/12c): Ability to analyze/understand legacy business logic for migration.
  • Jasper Reports: Template-based reporting using SQL/PLSQL queries with seamless APEX integration.
  • Domain Knowledge: HRMS, Payroll, Oracle EBS R12.2 interfacing, Loans, Passage Benefits, and related compliance processes.
