Role Description
We are hiring an experienced USA BDE to acquire and bring and manage direct clients , drive sales growth, and expand our presence in the US market. The ideal candidate will have strong client relationships and a proven track record in selling IT services and staffing services
As a US IT Business Development Executive at Indsafri, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing business opportunities in the US market, as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners. This is a full-time remote role.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Devise Lead generation strategies and implement
Acquisition of new clients(Direct clients)
Signing MSA
Actual revenue realization.
Manage the existing clients and bring more revenue from existing clients
Manage the team and deliver the desired outcome within timelines
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Required skills :
Has exposure in US market with good clientele base.
Must have a proven track record in getting new client acquisition and business development.
Experience in handling delivery with Team Management
Strong knowledge of IT services and staffing Industry.
Experience in creating proposals, presenting and negotiating with the clients
Identify client requirements and maintain relationships to serve clients in a better way.
Leverage existing relationships and network to open new business Interact routinely with various levels of management, functional leads, other staff, and customers' Ability to travel as required, based on negotiated work location.
Sole responsibility is to obtain new job orders for recruiters to fill.
Excellent presentation and written communication skills in consultative settings, interact with compliance/ Hiring ,Managers and Business Owners.
