Overview:

The B2B Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for building relationships with salons through effective communication and sales strategies. This role involves prospecting, qualifying leads, closing sales, and understanding salon needs to provide tailored solutions while coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of trade marketing and technical service requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Connect with salons via phone calls to introduce and pitch our brands, GK and Keune.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and decision-makers to drive sales growth.
  • Sales Closing: Effectively close sales with salons, managing the entire sales process to achieve revenue targets.
  • Revenue Management: Monitor sales performance and revenue generation, ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
  • Trade Marketing Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to align on trade marketing requirements and promotional strategies.
  • Technical Training Coordination: Schedule and coordinate technical training sessions for salons to enhance their knowledge and skills regarding our products.
  • Order Management: Collaborate with local distributors to ensure timely fulfillment of salon orders and address any order-related queries.
  • Scheme Promotion: Educate salons about monthly schemes, special discounts, and promotions to encourage participation and maximize sales potential.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, providing feedback and insights to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in the beauty or related industry.
  • Proven track record of closing sales and managing revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
