The role involves overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, managing performance metrics, and leading cross-functional initiatives to achieve business efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive leader with strong analytical, organizational, and execution skills who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational management.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management Oversee end-to-end business operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards. Design, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for improved workflows and productivity. Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other internal departments to align operations with organizational objectives. Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and budget allocations effectively. Drive data-driven decision-making through KPI tracking, dashboards, and operational reports. Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and cost optimization. Delivery Management Lead planning and execution of projects to ensure timely, quality, and budget-aligned delivery. Define project goals, deliverables, milestones, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders. Ensure consistent communication and coordination across teams to achieve delivery excellence. Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation. Implement best practices in project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or similar frameworks). Maintain client and stakeholder satisfaction through transparent communication and timely delivery updates. Business Operations & Strategy Translate strategic objectives into operational plans and measurable outcomes. Analyze performance data to recommend strategic improvements and business efficiencies. Partner with senior leadership to plan, forecast, and execute operational strategies. Support business expansion and scalability initiatives. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Conduct periodic performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs.Key Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting. Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or project management tools Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Qualifications Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field 12-15 years of experience in business operations, project delivery, or related domains. Proven success in managing cross-functional operations and large-scale projects. Experience in process optimization, performance management, and delivery oversight.
