Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead our IT infrastructure operations, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of systems across the organization.

The role involves managing networks, servers, cloud platforms, data centers, and IT support teams, while aligning infrastructure strategy with business needs.

Responsibilities :


- Oversee the daily operations of IT infrastructure including servers, storage, cloud, networks, and databases.

- Ensure uptime, performance, and reliability of enterprise systems and applications.

- Monitor capacity, system performance, and implement preventive maintenance.

- Establish IT service continuity and disaster recovery plans.

- Lead and mentor infrastructure engineers, system administrators, and IT support staff.

- Manage vendor relationships and service providers.

- Define SLAs and ensure compliance across IT operations.

- Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategy aligned with organizational goals.

- Drive cloud adoption, virtualization, and automation initiatives.

- Optimize costs while ensuring performance and scalability.

- Stay updated with emerging infrastructure technologies.

- Ensure infrastructure meets security, compliance, and regulatory requirements (ISO, GDPR, SOC2, etc.)

- Implement access controls, backup strategies, and patch management.

- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to safeguard IT systems.

- Lead infrastructure projects such as data center migrations, cloud implementations, or upgrades.

- Work with project managers and business stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
