**Job Title: International Holiday Manager**


**Overview:**

As an International Holiday Manager, you will oversee the planning, development, and execution of holiday packages and experiences for customers across various international destinations. You'll work closely with travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, and local vendors to create memorable and seamless client travel experiences.


**Responsibilities:**


1. **Market Research and Analysis:**

  - Conduct market research to identify emerging travel trends, popular destinations, and customer preferences.

  - Analyse market data and competitor offerings to develop competitive holiday packages.


2. **Product Development:**

  - Design innovative holiday packages tailored to different customer segments and demographics.

  - Collaborate with destination management companies and suppliers to curate unique experiences.

  - Negotiate contracts with hotels, airlines, and other service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.


3. **Sales and Marketing Support:**

  - Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to drive sales.

  - Provide product training and support to sales teams and travel agents.

  - Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote holiday packages and establish partnerships.


4. **Customer Service:**

  - Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the travel journey, from booking to post-trip feedback.

  - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

  - Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve products and services.


5. **Operational Management:**

  - Coordinate logistics and operations for holiday packages, including transportation, accommodation, and activities.

  - Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.

  - Implement and maintain operational processes and systems to streamline workflow and enhance efficiency.


6. **Risk Management:**

  - Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.

  - Stay updated on travel advisories, health and safety regulations, and other factors that may impact travel.


**Qualifications:**


- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience in tourism, travel agency, or hospitality management, with a focus on international travel.

- Strong understanding of global travel trends, destinations, and cultural nuances.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in project management and budgeting.

- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

- Fluency in multiple languages (preferred).

- Certification in tourism or travel management (e.g., Certified Travel Associate, Certified Travel Industry Executive) is a plus.


**Working Conditions:**

- This role may require frequent travel, including international trips.

- Flexible working hours may be necessary to accommodate different time zones and peak travel seasons.

- Work environment may vary between office settings, travel destinations, and remote work locations.
