Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Architect to lead current state assessments, identify high-level customer requirements, and design business solutions that create tangible value for clients. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, analyze existing processes, and develop business cases that align with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, act as an SME, and provide innovative, practical, and impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform independently and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in GuideWire BillingCenter.
  • Lead current state assessments and identify opportunities for business value creation.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Analyze, document, and optimize business processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Define business solutions and structures to realize identified opportunities.
  • Develop and present comprehensive business cases to support strategic decisions.
  • Actively participate and contribute to team discussions, providing solutions to work-related challenges.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proficiency in GuideWire BillingCenter (minimum 3 years of experience).
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication.
  • Proven ability to develop and present compelling business cases.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of North America (NA) insurance domain and related processes.

Additional Information

  • Position based in Bengaluru office.
  • Minimum 15 years of full-time education is required.
